Board Care

  1. Never put a wooden cutting or charcuterie board in the dishwasher.
  2. Never soak a wooden cutting or charcuterie board in water.
  3. Wash with dish soap and water, just don’t soak it for a long time.
  4. Dry on edge with airflow to both sides.
  5. Store on edge with airflow to both sides.
  6. When the board feels dry condition it with something like Howard Butcher Block Conditioner
